The Team Behind FitnessVerve.com

At Fitness Verve we pride ourselves on our articles, guides and reviews; which is why we only use a team of trustworthy and experienced writers who love fitness.

These guys aren’t just fitness writers – they are fitness obsessives! Read more about them here:

Chris Carra - Website Editor

Chris is a huge fitness enthusiast, writer and editor of Fitness Verve. In addition, he is the author of ‘The Bluffer’s Guide to Fitness’ – a comedy fitness guide that’s part of the 5-million-copy bestselling British book series.

Having joined Fitness Verve in 2019, Chris loves to use his knowledge and humor to introduce others to the wonderful world of fitness. To combat all that sitting around and writing, he spends his free time lifting weights at the gym, coupled with more dynamic strength and conditioning workouts to keep him both exhausted and in shape.

He also enjoys running, yoga, the occasional obstacle race, and lots of pea protein shakes!

Aidan Stenson - Fitness Writer

Aidan is a fitness writer from Los Angeles. When he’s not writing, he can be found playing football and baseball, lifting weights, or out riding his bike.

He loves exercising for both the process and the results, and knows firsthand how much the proper gear can make or break a workout.

For this reason, Aidan is excited to write for FitnessVerve and to help more people discover the perfect gear for their own fitness routines.

Blake Bissaillion - Fitness Coach

Blake is a professional strength and fitness coach based in Ontario, Canada. With more than 30 years’ experience, he has helped thousands of people learn to weight train and develop peak physical fitness.

He uses a unique approach to muscle building, weight loss and fitness to aid the goals of his clients, including nationally-ranked bodybuilders, powerlifters and fitness professionals.

Blake’s objective is to help as many beginners achieve their fitness ambitions. He strongly believes that, regardless of a person’s age or health situation, anyone can achieve a level of fitness that allows them to live their life to the fullest.
